From various articles it seems that Sajal early in her career has acted in many dramas or may be many scenes of a drama with Zara's mom Asma Abbas so that night be the beginning of her friendship with Zara even before she became an actress. Also, both belong to same place so that might have contributed to their friendship.

Sajal in her kkm iv said even though she is from Lahore she moved to karachi at a very young age. So she considers herself to be more of a karachi person.

I’m watching namak haram and it’s actually a great show . I usually find Imran annoying to watch onscreen but his really doing well in this . The story is also different from the cringy love stories currently on air
