Gen 2 : Hit or Flop

It has been 8 months since generation leap and I am kinda confused whether it can be called hit or flop. The show is the channel topper no doubt but it didn't get 2+ even once after the leap. Also the narrative was never completely shifted to Gen 2 until last month. Preeta and Karan hits and misses are being dragged to death with Nidhi's planning and audience are bored of it and that's probably the reason why they are now planning to experiment with Gen 2 triangle.

In my opinion gen 2 is definitely not giving them the results they were expecting in terms of trps. But since there was no track with complete focus on Rajveer, Palki and Shaurya so we can't call it disaster as they never got a fair chance.

It will be interesting to see how the next track plays out especially in terms of trp. Somehow they might bring in the ultimate twist of Rajveer's identity reveal and the marriage twist together and being interlinked with each other.

And Kundali Bhagya Leap Is Working Because It Gets 1. 5 To 1. 7 For Its Trps

I Agree The Truth About Preeta And Rajveer Needs To Come Out But That's Up To The Writer..

I have watched Kumkum bhagya gen 2 but yes the overall buildup Story wise is good here. It is channel topper but show has potential to get more ratings if they focus on gen 2.

I don't think new gen can make this show hit. Ppl are invested in Preeta. Her life , her sons, her husband.. all want to see her happy reunitting with her family.

Shaurya is like Rhea in kkb...He wants to win over Rajveer and sanatch everything he had...

In kkb also Rhea didn't give attention to Ranbir until Ranbir and prachi started to like each other....She herself push him to prachi if he wants Rhea love and Ranbir falls for prachi..Here also Shaurya first thinks Rajveer like Shanaya so he wants her...Now he realised it was not Shanaya, palki ... That's it....I really hope makers don't start into the toxic mindset that only Bad boy good girl trope can win trp audience....
