Actually ek point ke baad na viewers stop caring about characters pov. All of itv is so dumb that the characters dont have any pov. Writers literally write scenes just to drag show. In normal itv show in one episode of 20-22 minutes there will be 10 min of sazish, 5 min of rona dhona and and 5 min of festival celebration. There is no story. Trust me, writers dont even think that deep. We people only argue here about characters pov.
Although katha was a slightly different show but at the end they are also behaving like other shows writers.
I think its time for me to stop caring. But, time bacha heen kaha hai
@Bold If talking about general ITV show, its true writers don't even think they just drag. But, in general writers do think deeply. At the moment, I can remember Inside Out. Layers of abstraction and imagination of emotions is simply on another level in this movie. Movie gets better with each watch. Since its a disney movie, there were multiple podcasts where writers explained their thought process behind some scenes and I was nothing but, impressed at the kind of thinking that goes into it.
This type of thinking of perspective of characters was displayed in this show for about 200 episodes. Writers did put thought in many small things and literally thought through character's perspective. Some random character moments like Katha expressing her trauma when seeing a hospital stretcher. It was completely irrelevant there but it was so into the character moment. Her correlating Vaanya's correlating Vaanya's overfondness with Viaan to Shamita's case. There are countless Viaan and Ehsan conversations where they just display their character. Viaan still being tenacious and stubborn. Ehsan is still the one who gives up at early stage, he gave up in case of Vaanya and has given up now as well. Vaanya is as tenacious as Viaan, she didn't give up before for her mother and still isn't giving up now. Yuvraaj and Grewals were impulsive and brain like before and took radical actions. Katha in one aspect is still the same that she can go to any extent for her child even if that means marrying to some third person for him
(absurd).
It is still being displayed now but, storyline is so convoluted and annoying that don't feel like praising anything.
