Is Tiger 3 a flop ?

As we know this franchise diwali release hasn't lived up to the expectations. It has grossed around 185crs at a budget of around 300crs till now and the trend is downwards indicating an average to bad public WOM.

Should it be considered a flop given its expectations of matching Pathaan , Jawaan collections to ending up barely coming close to its budget ??

As of now it's looking for a touch & go 300cr mark in India but like I said before comparing it's collections to Pathaan & Jawaan will be unfair as Shah Rukh Khan is like top 1 to 10 in stardom right now. Others are lagging way behind.
