He was trying to calm everyone down and Vidur was asking them to leave....i loved that Bhumi didn't even ask for any reason and just decided to leave.....

There also they hinted that Duryodhan insult wasn't the reason for VH, Duryodhan was always jealous and angry at Yudhishtir managing to get the love of people when they got Indraprastha.
