Definitely underwhelming given that it’s Tiger movie having cameos of other two leads of the universe, I don’t know whether it’s the director or the collective bad decision of the producers to choose the release date. Should’ve released during a proper holiday weekend.

Initially the predictions were 72 cr but I wonder what changed and figures are lower than 60 cr

One of the these is true. Both can't be true at the same time.

It took SRK around 10 years to get numbers bigger than Salman. Ten years ago even people would say Salman movies will be always big but see now, so it’s not even the stars at some point, a lot of factors have been put across for such massive numbers, Jawan wouldn’t be Jawan without the rest of the factors.
Salman is too stubborn to do shitty movies with unknown people like farhad samji and ruin his glorious box office run, the last movie I genuinely liked of him except Tiger movies was Sultan and after that sth happened to his brain
