He is a violent monster from manhandling ruhi to strangling yuvika...order raathi to kidnap yuvika...he had done it all. Bas ab murder karna baaki reh gaya hai

Makers at times want to make him this dangerous scary villain but he more come across this paagal saand who can harm any person who comes his way which make audience laugh on him instead of getting scared.

Makers are treating us like that. They have given us a character like Neil, showed us how dynamic he is!, Given us NeiVika & beech beech mein dikha dete hain ki kitne special hai wo dono!! These scenes are like a glimpse of that Cadbury, makers are titillating us. So that we would go through their crap core plot storyline in a hope to get full fledged Neil & NeiVika later.

Makers are as manipulative as their character Db

Arreh office mein DJ only threatened Vidur, Neil wasn't required there because DJ wasn't killing him right there. But Neil SHOULD know about it let's see whether Vidur tells this to him or not.
