I think it is roti daal and sabzi as he looks more concerned about those thn BB or Isha. I guess this is the topic he discusses every day by phone with Isha"s mom.🤔

He could be having a medical condition - Tourette Syndrome - as sometimes he has twitches.

My husband also says same. Whenever he is on screen he will say "nasedi hai sala"

I think along with having tourrets or adhd.

The biggest joke to me is manara saying she doesn't know what isha sees in him.
