Smarth isn't a gentleman but he is still not as bad as Abhishek. Isha needs to somehow keep Samarth on her side till he exits from the show because Abhishek is trying to use Isha and Samarth relationship to clean his image. Abhishek's sudden sympathy towards Samarth is to manipulate him and through him show the world that in Isha- Abhishek relationship the wrong person is Isha.
