She has put herself on a higher pedestal by calling everyone her bachhas and doesn't consider anyone her equal to hold a conversation maybe! She can be friends with Neil but aish might not like it! So she is kinda stuck. She will have to find a way to deal with it and put everything on Vicky!

Conversations hoti hain iski - but like you said, she puts herself on a higher plane to begin with - toh bonding kahaan se hogi? She likes Neil, but deliberately goes out of her way to emphasise ke uski Aish se wavelength nahi match karti and she keeps boundaries etc - toh Neil iska bestie toh bannega nahi?
