I guess he got scared esp after 2 failed relationship. He thought it was too good to be true with Shreya

No he called Shreya as "a pure soul" and everything , all this was deliberately done by the makers who wanted to keep his female fan following happy and not anger them.by paring him up with someone else.....logic has left the chat universe
