Once again, Alia fans have spoken out about something they have NO CLUE about. I think the only person from current times who redefined the motherhood narrative was Kareena. I would have agreed if she wasnt given whole career on platter. There is no struggle, its just scripts for her to choose. She has worked hard on it, no doubt but without a healthy competition there is no competition.

deepika, katrina are much more respected as they paved their own way. Alia had no competition, parineeti was her only actual competition but she either got lost herself or by others and then its just Alia and her world we are living in.

Honestly I haven't seen a lot of Alia's films, but trust me within the next few decades, people will look back on her with nostalgia, they always do this, they called Madhubala a mid actress, now she's considered a legendary icon, they said Zeenat couldn't be a dramatic actress, now everyone is loving her, Sridevi and Madhuri for a time were ridiculed yet they made it. Maybe it is in the cards for Alia or it isn't. There has to be something about her, she is crazy popular. But she hasn't redefined female superstardom, she isn't even to that status yet. The only actress ever to do that was Sridevi, she even changed the rules for married actresses who made comebacks, only madhuri is the closest competitor. And seriously some of yall are making me interested to see how "bad" of an actress Alia is.

Without paparazzi and social media and PR team. Post pap era, it's difficult to call any artist a true star.

There's honestly nothing which alia does that sets her apart from her contemporary.

Her looks are any bandra girl or sobo girl, no original fashion sense either.

Same goes for her diction mostly. Barring one or two films, I don't think she put any effort in her dialogue delivery.

Barring gangubai white sarees, I don't see people imitating her dressing either.

Au contraire, actresses like MD , Sri Devi, Kajol are talked about for their clothes and dances even today. Sridevi, Kajol and urmila are 3 actresses whose choices are performances stay untouched after 3 decades!

I still see people dressing in looks of hawa Hawaii, rangeela, ddlj, even yjhd and BM.

Alia and kjo are known to poach filmmakers and but literally EVERYTHING they set their eyes on. Despite that , she needs pr teams to hype her. Even after buying everything, if you don't do even a half decent performance, SHAME ON YOU.

Another artist would work extra hard, kjo also zabardasti puts her name in interviews for RARKP cos no one taks about her there.

She's absolute spoilt brat after even 11 years. See her in the Manish Malhotra show with Ranveer earlier, she openly said she's tired and wants to sleep. Imagine another actress saying this openly.

It's unprofessional.to the core.

Alia is back to Kjo..even he asked her to co-produce the film.

So Alia is trying to do the big films desperately.Failing which, she is hyping her solo heroine films.She is the most useless actress in BW.Producers have made thousands of crores from films starring top heroines.
