So apparently it seems that the story I was looking for was "The lady in Red". I read through 27 chapters and the penship tells me it is that.
But the writer started giving parts in PM and on her Blog. And I totally respect her for that but after 10 years, I can't seem to find them. So If anyone still has those PMs or her blog's link. I would really appreciate if you can share them.
