I will be honest, I do not have any experience in this area. Fell in love once at 17 with the wrong guy, and post that, I am very clear now on what kind of person I'd like in my life. Unfortunately, I have not met anyone so far that fits that criteria, nor do I have any hopes to do so.

I think that’s a very mature outlook. I had two live in relationships and both ended amicably as we were good people but timing was bad. One was my brothers best friend so angry break up was not an option but he was more upset about it than me.

After that I was single for two years and when I met my husband I didn’t like him initially but found him very sexy so thought I can have a ONS a rebound and move on. That was a decade ago 😊

I think your approach is perfect. When the time is the right guy will come and until then enjoy your life. I am anti marriage too and the only reason I married him cos his mother, as she was getting heart attacks as her son was living in sin 🙄🙄🙄🙄 but I don’t regret it 😂

I am not very religious either but grew up with grandparents who were super religious so I know the theology part but I don’t believe in it.

I am a believer in destiny and that certain things are written, what is meant to happen will definitely happen. But I do not take coincidences seriously either, coz sometimes things are just that, at the surface level, there is nothing to read 😅
