It looks like all the characters in the show are going to have layers. No one is just negative for the sake of negative or just there to cause trouble for Kavya. Every character has their own set of motives and sometimes they will work in favor of the main character and other times, they will be against her.

Even Shuv and his family isn't evil just for the sake of it. They're completely wrong for doing what they doing to Kavya but they have reasons that we, the audience can understand even if we can't condone those reasons.

Ms. Sinha seems positive and helpful character

I think she will be helping hand for kavya in future.
