Obviously they never had that falling in love phase in Delhi, it's always the growth and development that has happened in Delhi so obviously there is that untold chapter of their life which is hidden in Rishikesh

I don't think when they met in Rishikesh, tab Yuvika was in relationship with Kartik nehi tho Kartik would've called her there and Neil ko pata hota about Kartik. So maybe Yuvika fell for Neil in Rishikesh and after Neil vanishing from there Yuvika accepted Kartik's proposal thinking she will never meet Neil again
