He asked, she AGREED, Kahani khatam. Consent is there, it wasn't rape that he could be punished. Emotional consent? Both had no emotion there, even Viaan hadn't had emotion there. "Tumhey iss assssh mey bulaya Tum na aooo" how can there be any emotion after seeing her on the door? It was just one night mistake for both of them.

She should have slapped him, walked out of Earth Con or filed a harassment complaint plaint with police or should have told him the " reason " behind it ....

For the first time, I agree that this show should go off air. Because there won't be much element left to their love after this.

Now, that is a crime because if you don't know about Viaan and see him just as a boss, this offer simply means he is interested in you and, no to boss means no to job (implied blackmail). So, you don't want to say yes but, you want to save the job so, you say yes. That is Viaan's crime.

Spending the night togather isn't crime as it happened with mutual consent from each other's perspective but, there was no real consent. By each other's perspective, From Katha's POV, Viaan is interested in spending the night for his sexual desires while Viaan thinks Katha is interested in spending the night because she wants his money.

It isn't a rape because there is no brutality or force or direct blackmail involved. Implied blackmail is there but at the end, Katha said yes that too without any direct blackmail.

Also, Katha silently took the money away means it was nothing but, a transaction for her service. Reason Katha didn't do anything because it was a transaction and she considers herself also a part of that transaction.

I am saying same except bold one of course.

Viaan didn't go to Katha for favor, he didn't want to snatch job, his company had no policy to give that big amount of loan. Anyway she came and asked for loan.

Futile argument. To me both were at fault. She should've opened her mouth or just tell some lie that she need to save a relative...could be enough.

Parents has their own life too, it should not be everything about kids after getting pregnant. Already a mom sacrifices a lot physically and mentally, there is no need to show sacrifice for a grown up kid. Kids need to balance, otherwise they will keep doing me me me me japp till death.

Agreed. The way itv sometimes portray little kids as some masters of the house who take part in every little decision of the family is ridiculous and unrealistic. But, it's a different question here. I think any good parent would consider his/her child's opinion before bringing a stepfather/mother in his/her life.

First you bring a man in his life whom he wholeheartedly accepts as his father, then one day you abruptly tell him that the marriage is cancelled and he is not your father anymore. Without giving him a reason. Then you bring another man after some months and again tell him, hey meet you new papa. Then you realize you still loved the previous one and again go, hey forget what we said. We're together now and he is definitely your papa this time. Again without explaining anything. I wouldn't be surprised if he starts considering all the elders a nutcase and not take anyone seriously. Inka to laga rehta hai kabhi break up kabhi patch up

Y'day I was saying the same thing that Katha didn't even give a proper explanation to Aarav about the break up.Didn’t let him talk to Viaan on phone.just told it's not possible to stay together ...baas baat khataam!! And she expects the child to stay normal.
