either vidur snatched neil from his parents wrong way or did some crime with them (may be for mahajans) - he is being blackmailed for that.

my theory goes even further - neil is son of that/other business rival family - mahajans tried to destroy them in past, vidur may have killed some of them and took Neil away from them - cannot kill/harm innocent child - brought up as own son instead!!
