She is just saying not all the looks of her are available in Pakistan as she buys them from designers and brands from other countries. So if any Pakistani brand or page says this look is available with them then they are lying. That's pretty much stealing other people's work and saying it's yours. People who takes fashion seriously get pissed off at sasti copies of real stuff and then claiming it as theirs.
