Nah , the answer is in this screenshot , what/who led was the reason for this to happen? That person's wellbeing alone would mend NeiVika, ;

Bhoomi DB Gargi Dhanraj aren't still confirmed and Shobhna ko tho direct heart failure hoga she has never met Neil like others, she has no clue about NeiVika yet

I am sure Vidur didn't reveal this to her

Only Digvijay Isha Vidur knows confirmed.
