Even i lost like 5 posts and 7 comments last week ( i know , it's nothing compared to the ammount of posts you lost) and i wanted to PM our mod about it and saw that even she has lost like 155 posts and 40+ comments...so decided to not ask at all....

Yes i usually remember it from where i left because a couple of years ago 140 of my posts were deleted and i became a senior menber again

That's why i consciously avoid one word posts these days , if i make an one word post I'll go back a few hours later and edit it and add a few points....but i do have a LOT of one word posts nkw I'm scared
