I think Abhi might have insisted to get blood report done or something and in that the pregnancy test can also be done. Infact I think some tests are standard like that. So that's what they are going to show. As to why disclose report, they may just say that doctor tried to contact but maybe Ak didn't hear the full thing? Like she only heard the your blood work is all ok part, and then there was some loud noise so she didn't hear the pregnancy news. Then she may have only told the doctor to send over the report to her home so her to be husband can check for himself cause he worries to much.

Itv shows usually show pregnancy track while husband is still alive and aware of his unborn..then he dies ...here Abhinav died long back...and Abhira is getting married...bringing pregnancy for real at THIS stage doesn't make sense

This show has been running for 8 months on weird ..I still can't believe Abhira are divorced as no one showed court proceedings..I don't believe anyone from diamond merchant family can stay in gareebi with stranger without background check..I can't believe a girl can gift paternity to a stranger on a whim coz real father didn't pick calls on single day..and get away with it to become a lawyer..but I agree this will be too much of a stretch this pregnancy as it defies biology

It's give or take 4 months in the show since Nav died..... one whole trimester is over according to them, and she has no symptoms at all. Now suddenly all symptoms will line up, when usually after 3 months all symptoms go away.... also won't she know or suspect by now, for obvious reasons, if she was pregnant... how can one remain clueless for about 4 months? How do they write and show such stupidity?

They take audience intelligence too much for granted but yaha to mushkil ho jayega coz TRP audience bhhi mostly females and most would not be able to believe it
