It sound so funny that DB will call shobhna and tell that main abhi khoon nai kar sakta kyunki HM aaj-baaju mandra rai hai. Tum kisi bahane se niklo aur yuvika ko maar ke jaao. DB will be like "hum se Naa ho paayega"

Bhumi asking for protection from HM sounded silly to me. She's the wife of Prem Mahajan, who once used to be a very powerful businessman and instead of demanding for some tight protection she asked HM for protection. That's cause HM brought her to the hospital, so Bhoomi knows she has no intention of harming her since she doesn't even know who Mahajans are, also she maybe the wife of Prem Mahajan but whoever is doing this is more powerful than her, if they can kill Prem in such tight security why not Yuvika too?

Plus Bhoomi is completely broken right now, her state of mind won't let her think straight until Yuvika gets better ofcourse

I think at this point the makers don't know whom to make the culprit so they're throwing in all these red herrings
