I am never able to decipher Akshara’s expressions or her motives so I don’t think much about her .

Pranali is decent but she definitely needs to work more on her skills.

I always feel like I’m watching a young adult trying very hard to act as matured woman / mother . Akshara looks more immature and childish in the show because of mismatched casting .

I’m sorry but Akshara could pass as Abhir’s overprotective elder sister than his mother , I don’t get enough mother-son like vibes from their interactions.

@blue Personally find her excited self acting the worst. She's intolerable when she puts that chirpy, blabbery, ott expression mode on

Rest she looked better & more mature with AbhiN. With Manyu it seems like she's in a competition who can look more cringe

Also AK-Abhir bond seems weakest in terms of chemistry & narrative compared to other parents. Navir topped followed by Aruhi & Abhimanyu-Ruhi.

Also totally agree that Ak looks way younger and does not look like a mother of a 6 year old. When I initially started watching the show I was also weirded out by the casting choice, lol. Abhim looks like he is 40ish while Ak looks 18 or something, and it was so weird to watch.

After watching this show I feel even much more experienced actors like Harshad need to work on their skills to main naye actors like Pranali ya Karishma ko kya hi bolu. There is something amiss with the direction and editing I believe, which is causing this. Only actor who is consistently doing well in this show is probably Ami.

My niece and my mom says she looks really young when they watch on TV so they can't connect to her when compared to original Akshara as they share same name. My sister doesn't watch for same reason too... Yeah college gir role suits her more...

And with Abhimanyu she gets into full form with her Nibba Nibbi types.. And isliye even Harshad acts same... Instead of she acting matured, he also tries to act like 16 year old to make her comfortable or whatever and it looks so childish
