Because everyone knows that in ITV if a love story gets liked people don't want to watch anything else even though if the original story and plot is very good. Many shows have suffered due to this. And this might be very disheartening to a few but can still work if the story and execution is right. Which it has been for 100 episodes neglecting Chomutik here and there. So at this moment your post is completely right about neglecting Neil and Neivika even though they behave like made for each other married couple.

So unless Nastik decides to focus on love story part this will happen. And my experience says they will not do it this year. 2 months they have to be water tight with thrill elements to stay alive during WorldCup and people have got saturated with love stories . Then it will be Kabaddi and Bigg Boss that would be taking away the time slot TRP.

Of course they can show it both and blend it well but i doubt ANY ITV PH has the capability to do this.

I don't have a personal preference because Romance and Thriller and my fav genres and anything will work for me till it's executed well.

I somewhat agree.. the USP of this show for me is a strong unspoken bond between the leads going in background with main plot in the front… that way it will be gripping and story will keep its hold… I am so bored of repetitive type of love story ITV is serving.. so Vansaj pulled me for it’s change.

I like their unspoken care and Neil self claimed responsibility of her.. let people shower care on her and he cares for her in silence we’re only few observe

But I never asked to make NeiVika the main plot

Even I love them as Sub Plot only. All I asked was certain clarity and basic detailing for NeiVika such as Rishikesh trekking trip flashbacks.

Minimising the suspense around Neil, showing Rishikesh moments or giving a Neil promo won't make them main plot but will give audience a scope to cherish NeiVika's journey as whole and relating to Neil & Yuvika's feelings with more clarity. That's all I asked for. I never asked them to show only NeiVika making them point of attention. smiley24

Sub Plot hone ka matlab yeh nehi ki audience ko yeh bhi nehi batayenge ki how the freak hero heroine fell in love in Rishikesh smiley15

You have a point but Nastik is afraid of this which i said in main post

."Because everyone knows that in ITV if a love story gets liked people don't want to watch anything else even though if the original story and plot is very good. Many shows have suffered due to this. I also said this

"Of course they can show it both and blend it well but i doubt ANY ITV PH has the capability to do this."

Last time a show tried to incorporate a romantic angle in a thriller/non-romantic show , It was Arjun and both the FLs were killed. No one can make it work. It either can be a romantic story or a non romantic one according to ITV PHs.

Now i realise why B.P.Singh ji didn't let Dareya track in CID to work outsmiley7 But he once told in an interview that he didn't want to anger female fans of Daya by showing him in a commited relationshipsmiley7
