Good move, there were rumours it was releasing on monday the 13th following Diwali which i thought was crazy, yeah sure on one hand it would have created a massive opening, possibly the biggest opener record but it would have also jeprodised the overall collections of the movie as i'm sure it will earn big on friday the 10th, saturday the 11th and sunday the 12th regardless
I think they must have thought out the scernios record opening vs overall collections. Plus Monday is normally strange to open overseas. They could have opened overseas earlier and in India on Monday; but then leaks might happen and Yash Raj does not want that and they keeping lots things under wraps. I like that they keeping suspense regarding the movie and not having people speculate. I think the teaser announcing the date was enough. Now they decide on releasing a trailer and when that’s upto them as long as they don’t reveal much. Suspense is important.Originally posted by: Stone-Cold
