Anyways, the only fair nett boxoffice is the all-India one as Jawan is the same movie regardless the dubbed regional languages.

I have no sympathy for the focus on the only-Hindi boxoffice in a time when many Indian movies are released dubbed in different regional languages (regardless the home production)...

Jawan should set good target for Dunki .

Yes south india is not out of India . Jawan collected fcukin 60cr . Other movies don't even get screens there. Infact total worldwide collection need to be added.

To me, it's very different between domestic (=all-Indian) boxoffice and worldwide for a very obvious reason:

the domestic boxoffice is a nett one, after tax reduction...the worldwide one is a gross one (without any taxes reduced).

So, the domestic one includes the share of the distributors/theatres owners and the income for the producers (for Jawan, it would be Gauri + co/executive producers, for Dunki, it would be RCE and Hirani's production houses).

The income of the worldwide boxoffice wouldn't be the number we see...each country would reduce the taxes, then also the distribution share and the rest goes to the production house(s).

The worldwide gross also includes the Indian gross...so with Gadar 2, e.g., the gross would be more than 600 cr (which shows that the movie did not make a lot of money abroad...another fact which is special to this movie... it definitely is a home success...and this because of Gadar and Sunny being a Hindi-national star).

Worldwide Collection ₹ 684.75 Cr

Overseas Collection ₹ 65.5 Cr

If the clash really happens, it's done deliberately...be sure of that...

There are a lot of people who have certain agendas...and they don't have to be in the filmindustry as such...

Just imagine if someone would pay the producers of Salaar a high amount of cr already before the release...(not forcibly 'white' money, though...)
