But in here Akshara’s case is different in the sense that this girl was told she would have a complicated pregnancy and needs to be extra careful - so like her doing all those physical activity and the baby surviving is the biggest shock 😅

Yes , I also know that some women don't get symptoms during pregnancy. Some one I knew get pregnant didn't knew till 3 months.

Since Akshara is going to be pregnant with Abhinav’s kid and may cancel the wedding.

Honestly, my theory is not so great. I think she may just want to talk to him about her relationship with Nav and clarify things. That they were really "married" by the end and stuff. I figured its something to talk to your future husband about anyways, esp with how sus the whole marriage was.

This will likely form the basis of the pregnancy news so when everyone else (cur Manjari) is freaking out, Abhi won't be too surprised or hurt.

Your theory has most probably of coming true unfortunately given the kind of show it is and the fav treatment to glory character...but I am in denial like Akshara in this show for my own sanity

But why would she tell Abhi this when he knows she loves Abhinav, he was there during her confession. So what’s there new to tell about their relationship when Abhi accepted that she fully moved on with Abhinav?

You do get some or the other symptoms from the time you are pregnant here in ak case it can be something else.
