This is based on votes and fans do that. Bilal definitely has a bigger fandom and dobara definitely was more popular than paristan. Also arslan-aymen is history and the ship was sank by aymen herself

I doubt this. Even paristaan is put in the long tv list( as in daily soap) when it was a ramdhan drama whereas hum tum which is also a ramdhan drama is put under tv play category. How does a drama which is an utter flop got two nominations?

Aik sitam aur did much better than paristan and deserves to be in the soap category.
