How will the cops know about the fight without these 2 telling them? They might just say that they were passing by , heard a gunshot , came here and saw a corpse...

Well that's what happened in the promo and we know now that nothing like the promo happens exactly

Someone could see or hear the fight and tell the cops or Yuvika could leave something behind as evidence that she was there.
