I think the day care center was a suggestion and not a final decision. She said we can and also discuss on other points as well. And Dhanraj said make them agree to our terms as well. So This Day Care center carrot will be used by her to make them agree to whatever Mahajans want.

Even if it's just a suggestion you can't just say it without prior permission, if I go and make public suggestions for the company I work, they will fire me

I'm only saying this because she is supposed to be just an assistant, otherwise if she was a head and stuff go ahead and say whatever you want

Yes , she said we can have a daycare not we will have a daycare but she still shouldn't have said that without permission of her boss
