They havent decided anything.. there r so many loose ends in the stroy as well.. after Phoenix they just shown a break down moment of Yuvika nothing else.. smone changed AV but who? Where is Pooja? They dont know anything nd dont show anyone remembering these incidents.

They are repeatedly ending tracks without any closure
All these promo are just to attract the audience. They work hard more on promos than story writing.
As i said earlier in one of my comment that there is no real progress in story or consequence of anyone's action. They still haven't decide that is dj black or grey because none of his plans actually worked yet and there is still a bigger villain in the show.

I feel it's not the mastermind who changed the AV. He/she would never want to be dragged into it again. Maybe it's someone who wants to drag people's attention back to that scandal so that it triggers everyone to investigate on it

she clearly doesn’t care about her son, she thrashed his wife just after he died, she was busy holding grudges when he was in OR fighting for his life, she did not care about his family the last and living piece of her son so why do you think she can’t do that or May be we are overthinking and they will show it was Dhanraj-Gargi only who did this

It can be Vidur.. they didnt even shown him during AV.. only once they shown him nd Neil after that nothing..
Maybe that AV was to thrown Yuvika under the bus so that she stop searching abt that or maybe smone wanna take revenge from Mahajans so brought that scandal in light wid Mahajan ppl being suspect.
