Avni blamed Prem of sexual harrassment. Yuvika is trying to prove Prem innocent without even trying to think on the line that may be AVNI too CAN BE a victim by the hands of someone (Mastermind). It's very much possible she must have gone through sexual exploitation by the hands of a Mahajan Prem or no Prem. Yuvika is just thinking about Prem's side dismissing the plight of the other woman.

Perspective two if Avni's rape never happened

Avni blamed Prem for rape falsely and everyone in Mahajans believed her. But Yuvika will put genuine Molestation charges those Mahajans not gonna believe her citing her two timing with Kartik Neil.

In both the cases Molestation as in VH holds the plotlines of Vanshaj together.

Maybe they had a bitter fight and he got drunk and had an ONS with Avni? I know it's cliche but him loving someone other than Bhumi is even more devastating than this
