Actors r actors..they r doing their job and judge them on that basis..don't put on a pedestal coz u don't know when they disappoint u..nor pull them down coz they may rise again with one hit. Enjoy the movies

Yep, whenever a movie has a political message people link it up to taking over the system. That's not it though. It's a quick way to make cash because people are fed up with lack of jobs and infrastructure in this country. So they bank on that emotion. We all know how much spine BW collectively has when they all drop everything and pose for a selfie with you-know-who. Atlee is no Vetrimaaran, Pa Ranjith, or Selvaraj. And these are only filmmakers I've watched in Tamil who consistently make anti-caste, dalit identity based movies and make a political point. Now if tomorrow even if they do something in TN against their movie ideals, I wouldn't give it a second glance.

As usual, no individual and I mean not even the PM is bigger than the state. When push comes to shove, we all must bow down. Thinking that some movie star had some meta reference in his movie is just wishful thinking. I mean sure, you get put in jail for an FB post here and people fantasise about putting hidden jibes in movies targeting so and so party. smiley36smiley36

SRK can't even take responsibility for his extra-marital affairs, and people think he is plotting a revolution through low-effort Masala flicks? smiley36

SRK:

"Congratulations to Hon. PM @narendramodi ji for the success of India’s G20 Presidency and for fostering unity between nations for a better future for the people of the world. It has brought in a sense of honour and pride into the hearts of every Indian. Sir, under your leadership, we will prosper not in isolation but in Oneness. One Earth, One Family, One Future…"

Like with the parlament inauguration tweet, SRK states the obvious by telling Modi where he works against India...here it is that "isolation" is not a way to make India prosper.

The "One Earth..." quote is out of the video...the slogan for the next G 20.

It always depends on how one reads what he writes and how he writes it...

I really value SRK's way to forward his positive thinking that there is always the possibility of change for betterment.

Jawan.discussion would be welcome in the "with spoiler" thread smiley2

Oh..so here also he gave a subtle hidden msg?

Pls tell he used the word India and not Bharat..that's also a hidden msg.

Btw how is India 'isolated' if world leaders have gathered here for G20 and praising India towards its approach on various issues?
