Arrey SPA is like consolation prizes for every show. They have make everyone happy. That guy didn't get anything else so they gave him this award. It's simple.

are that time garima was there so gave best styling and akshara styling was degraded to match up with zama's favourite

It's not for Rupali. It's because it's the topmost show not just on the channel but in ITV. That's why they hype her even more to make her fans happy so that they think they're on right track admiring her and hence continue watching it. I don't know why they gave Pranali stylish award. I don't watch other shows so i don't know their styling but Mrs Sharma styling k baad bhi she is getting stylish award toh i guess they are blind.
