No it is not, has been there over 2 weeks. Someone was randomly playing with the wiki page and kept adding random names, they also added Hitesh Bhadwaj first. Anyone can edit that page.

If any of these people were being considered , there would be casting rumours long back. It is just some random actor playing a creep.
