Bhoomi will always blame herself that she informed Mahajans & Prem got murdered

I have this feeling from that day only. His death wasn't natural He even told Bhoomi tum mujhe aur bachcho ko nehi bancha paogi

Yes , he clearly was murdered , multi organ failure patient nearing his death won't be able to talk to his daughter so care free. , even if he's able to talk he would be feeling pain and his facial expression would show it....Prem was definitely murdered
