Even if by mistake Prem caused a scar on it so he made Prem leave

Or else if they make DB the mastermind, he would be kind of invincible for long, oversmarting DJ Yuvika Neil and Kartik all unless at the end, he himself decides to give it up seeing them still respecting him

When Vidur met & spoke to Prem in Rishikesh, their dialogues were muted to viewers. Except for last parting lines where Prem gives promise to Vidur not to disclose about him to anyone.

Prem is still stressed out, panics reveals meeting Vidur to Bhoomi & makes hurried plans to relocate from Rishikesh. He doesn't trust Vidur, but Bhoomi tries to calm him saying she trusts Vidur bhaisaab won't reveal there whereabouts to Mahajan's in Delhi. Infact meeting Vidur is prime reason for Prem's heart attack. But Yuvika keeps blaming herself, that questioning Prem about her London birth certificate triggered his heart attack.

We have seen how Vidur surprisingly abides to his promise & doesn't reveal to Bhanu or others about meeting Prem on his return from Rishikesh to Delhi.Till Bhoomi calls night time for emergency help to Vidur that too when he is standing with Bhanu, he didn't reveal his meeting with Prem in Rishikesh.

In hospital while Prem was getting treated, when Bhanu recognizes Isha & Arjun as twins, it may be because Vidur already apprised him on the way that Prem had twins after Yuvika, in Rishikesh.

Even in future when Bhoomi or Yuvika possibly going to confront Vidur about obstructing Avni D'Souza investigation, feel he will make EXCUSE that Prem took promise from him in Rishikesh NEVER to dig 20 years back buried truth again.
