He has not said he stopped loving Seerat but you don't need to say all things explicitly unless situations like this when wife is doubting you. It is hiigh time he says everything clearly. I agree with the red part. She has to only tell the fam about Angad which is shameful for a wife more so someone who is in love .

But the rest of the point you are forgetting that Angad was also going to propose Sahiba with that elaborate arrangement. So at the least she should think that he is two timing.
