Well makers don't have much of a track record in showing anything for any meaning other than scapegoating Abhi and just making him blindly apologize and grovel before Ak in every situation....lol so I'm not holding my breath for anything different this time either

@bold : yeah pretty much. If they want to continue playing happy family, they have to ignore Abhira only. Until something big happens I doubt they will think about it anymore.

And yeah, I know you are not expecting anything different. I am hoping for something though, and I know they may very well make it Abhi's fault again, but I felt like the argument between them was an Abhira argument again. I could connect to both of them. Abhi said what he said out of concern and because preleap Abhirs was on his mind. Ak doesn't understand this, to her, Neil's death just sounds like a taunt.

But also, like I said, Abhi was talking about how she risked her own life six years ago, he wasn't even thinking about Neil at that point. Ak is still in her mind block though and that's what needs to be removed next.

That's the point, when it is someone you love, you overreact to them being in danger, even if it was a hit and miss. Ak doesn't get it, and ofc she has also overreacted countless times. No you're not the only one saying it.....but the point holds in general. And it was said in such a way as if to justify Ak's response cuz Abhi supposedly "over-reacted".....that is where it definitely sounded like criticism of Abhi only.

WD is just a red herring for makers now to show lame Abhira arguments. They are incapable of showing a mature discussion on this cuz they are incapable of showing Ak maturely comprehending anything.....a person who can't even understand this basic thing that you worry about those you love and will obviously scold them for their carelessness if it puts their lives in danger.....what can one expect from such a woman?

What is there for her to accept? She will never accept that she was careless on WD....she wants Abhi to instead say WD was just kismat ki marzi and end the matter. That is the only "resolution" that will be accepted by her....lol there is nothing in her attitude or body language to even remotely indicate any realization or acceptance of how she always disrespects Abhi's worry and concern for her.

Really fun episode and finally story is moving forward.

Abhi sings well in the morning and Ak appreciates him. Then she tells him that you should sing from heart like this and starts singing again. Again he gets fbs and then he leaves giving some excuse. Later they all meet at function. Lots of Manjari-Abhi, Ak-Abhir all being same same moments. Honestly like the scenes as stand alone Abhira family moments. These were what we wanted from the beginning but now its all contaminated with the past eight months. I think we should just look at it like a bad dream and forget it.

Abhi-Abhir go up to perform and lights go out. Ak fixes things by using a car battery and stuff. She is basically just good at doing jugaad now after living with Nav for six years. I mean even her perfect family was also makeshift family only na? Abhi-Abhir sing and dance. Super cute scenes. Ak is happy seeing them together, no bad vibes from her any more. Ak-Manjari-Ruhi also seem like a team now. Abhi dedicates awards to the two mothers and ruh.

Ak-Abhi are teasing each other after the party. Ak then asks him what happened that morning, she knows it was not hospital related. He gets fbs again and says nothing some work...she says, its ok if you don't want to tell me. Then he drops his trophy and she goes to pick it up. That's when the scene happens with him frankly overreacting. He brings up six years ago and then stops. Ak says she thought they have already out the past behind them and moved on, but nothing has changed between them.

But amazing thing is they both have FBs about white day. Ak remembers how everyone blamed her, Abhi remembers how he shouted at Ak and didn't let her explain, they both remember divorce and stuff. Both cry. Abhi says sorry for hurting her again in his mind. Next day is janmashtami celebrations.

Ak-Arohi doing preparations. Abhi gets Abhir and ruhi ready and brings them out. Both are looking super cute as radha krishna. Abhi tries to talk to Ak but she walks away. Then he tries again and she says why should I listen if you are just going to bring up old things to hurt me.

I am doubtful about the widow thing being about Ak realizing Aru's pain. Its more likely Abhi/BP will just defend her or something and its something for her to remember Nav about. I mean even Abhi's expressions were at first angry and then its like he suddenly remembered she is a widow. They do need to resolve white day thing soon though.

I agree it's just another chance for the family to be reminded that she is a widow and some Abhinav type remembrance. Also a chance to have Akshara give it back to the ladies in some social message and you just have the Goenkas agreeing and sticking up for her. I doubt Abhi will be allowed by the writers to say anything. He will just nod his head agreeing with the social message.

I do hope this white day issue gets addressed. I just want one line from Akshara that she remembers Neil too and what happened was a tragedy but she cannot be held completely responsible for that day. That is enough for me. We cannot hope for anything more than that and we will be lucky if we even get this much. Because the narrative is the onus is on Abhi and how he behaved even though he was grieving heavily that day. He knows the one act he did completely destroyed everything he had and thus he has admitted already it is his karma for being separated from his son for 6 years. But I guess we will have Abhi apologizing again for his actions.

I guess Arohi isn't "fresh" anymore because she is still engaged to Abhi? The engagement may have quietly gotten broken off between the families as no one is touching that subject with a 10 ft. pole. But rest of Udaipur knows of the engagement news.

But they all now live just outside of Udaipur so maybe these neighborhood ladies only know that Akshara is the "fresh" widow?

It's really high time writers realize Akshara ji is no FL jiski DDP is show ko chala sake...no one relates to her DDp as she caused these chain of events and ran away when she was held accountable for it and left others to deal with consequences..she doesn't have any guilty conscience at all..no survivors guilt..no sympathy for lives lost...no sympathy for relationships lost ..no awareness of Abhis pain who she claimed to love and now has forgotten due to her 1 month fatherji se pyar..she comes across as extremely insensitive..arrogant..and selfish person who can't look beyond herself...this won't work...people relate to Abhis pain ..here also she thinks mujhe laga hum Age bad gaye hai Neil se..no one has moved on except her ..who ran away and created her fake family..everyone else was there to pick up the pieces and live with consequences of her doing..WD was not only about Abhi hurting Akshara ...it was a lot more..I hope this is start of Aksharas redemption else koi Abhira accept nahi kar payega..mujhe gussa ane lagta hai after seeing Akshara on screen now with I don't give a damn attitude ..narratives of WD only Abhi hurting Akshara..and dialogues that hum apni galtio see sekh Gaye hai...what even has Akshara learnt...

Her FBs were only of accusations, not about the situation.. I guess she has spent last 6 yrs only blaming others, that's the reason she could be stay happy, unlike abhi.

Yeah, I get that, but I am used to people criticizing everything he does now. I think the issue is, that Ak thinks Abhi doesn't care about her anymore/ lost the right to care about her when he abandoned her. Before Abhi said anything about 6 years, she just looked surprised at his worry and concern. It was as soon as he said that, that she became defensive. For her it was Neil's death that made him abandon her. That is what they need to have a discussion about. Her carelessness or whatever will likely never be addressed. But his emotions, his reasons should be. Before wd, she always saw his over-protectiveness as a sign of his love for her, which it was. But after that, she started terming it as umar kaid.

Its just the fact that wd was against Abhi's established character. She formed a false narrative about him after that to cope with the abandonment and the blames and everything. To this day, she doesn't have an issue with anyone else blaming her. But she has an issue with the divorce itself. In her mind he sentenced her for a crime that she did not commit. The fact of her carelessness will likely not be addressed. But the fact that his reactions were driven by concern for her, might be.
