It should be a good riddance for her Kartik isnt smone any girl would want as partner.. she might feel void at beginning but gradually she will realise he betrayed her by switching sides.

I think either they will become real friends or DJ will realize Miraya loves Neil and will want to separate NeiVika using Kartik for her sake
