It's not about responsibility. Yup he has fulfilled his bit but sahi mein Bhagwan thodi hai

Dil tho karega na to meet her, to check on her health updates. Mahajan house tho Jayega nehi, Yuvika bahar aayegi nehi so Swastik should show that desperation of Neil.
