Looks like someone PR team are now sending bots to defend DKP and it’s masterpieces 😆

I have lost ALL respect for Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, after watching this show.

Yes, this is their profession and yes, this is their rozi-roti. But, supporting false claims of the PH is basically misusing their influence. Great actors have refused to be a part of chindi PHs like this one just because of the message that the show sends to the masses.

But, these actors appear to be channeling their characters on the show: hypocrites.

Looks like you haven’t seen Ghum season 1, there ML and PL always justified their actions and their constars were supporting them in that nonsense

Exactly . That's what I thought too. The post completely look like AI generated. It must be from the Anupama team itself ..

Are DKP customer service representatives now creating account on the forum. It really looks like the roundabout one gets from a CSR when one complains on any issue.

Many Hollywood actors call their characters toxic.

Radhika, very recently, called out itv despite being a struggling actor in Bollywood

Not to mention how many times Naseer and Ratna have called their own films mediocre and stupid despite being parallel "senior actors" who get trolled by weirdos on the internet.

But, yeah, Rupali Ganguly, daughter of film director Anil Ganguly, Akshay Kumar's rakhi sister, cannot say some non-committal platitude about her character because what do audience know. Lol

Did you just compare RG with Shahrukh Khan 😂😂

Also, people like Naseer and Ratna are senior character actors who do not work in a daily soap. Target audience is different.

Also, I’m sure they did not diss their work while they were doing it.

Maybe RG and GK will laugh about how stupid the show was 10 years later.
Right now I don’t think they have too many options.
If I was making 3 lakhs per episode I would also probably say such rubbish.

RG has waaaaaay more privilege than Shah Rukh ever had pre-Bazigar when he was playing second fiddles to actors like Sunny Deol. Rupali is literally the face of Star right now. Shahi cannot replace her. Actors say non-committal things about the roles they play which mean absolutely nothing. That's media training. If Ratna and Naseer's audience are not itv target audience, then they probably don't care about whether Anupama is a saviour girlboss or not. And yes Naseer and Ratna still get jobs after publishing an autobiography that said he didn't like Hindi cinema. Lol.

I at least wouldn't make excuses for super rich people with a large following calling this women empowerment.

Dude, chill. Nobody is making excuses for super rich people. We just understand that it is the way the industry works. Why to take stuff personally? All the super rich and super powerful politicians out there speaking utter lies and you have a problem with the actors?

Are you naive enough to expect them to be activists?

Have you ever had a corporate job? Any job?

You have to sometimes make up stuff to get things done. Its not that big a deal. They owe us nothing. We shouldn’t even be taking these people seriously, they’re actors for God’s sake.

First no. I haven'r taken things personally at all. And i don't expect actors to be anything let alone activists lol. PR has always been part of the industry tho. Because, surprisingly, audience matters. Thats why Star had an RWSP episode with Rupali's son the same week Colors was running those inciendiery promos with Paras on Jhalak.

Say something committal about your toxic character/yourself being the best thing ever, people would find 1500 instances where they/you haven't been. That's how public discourse works especially since the advent of social media

She said something definitive about the character being x when there are evidences of the character being not-x. That's why this thread was made at all, no?

This is media training 101. Let fans make their own interpretations, deflect criticism yada yada.

Also, activist or no activist, you should have the decency to say measured things if you have a massive following.

Anyhow, we can agree to disagree. This is a circular debate.

Blame it on CVs, not the actors
