Losing respect for the Actors as well

Playing toxic characters is one thing but promoting false information saying that their acting and their show promotes awareness and empowerment is total B*******!

I have lost ALL respect for Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna, after watching this show.

Yes, this is their profession and yes, this is their rozi-roti. But, supporting false claims of the PH is basically misusing their influence. Great actors have refused to be a part of chindi PHs like this one just because of the message that the show sends to the masses.

But, these actors appear to be channeling their characters on the show: hypocrites.

Thank you for pointing out this. You are losing respect, but I already lost. Anupama show per se is a worst show and Anupama is worst female lead. Period. 😡😡😡

Ipk s1 was taken down when Barun exited because of public sentiments. They had a plan to replace the actor.

That was for love and admiration. I was asking for hurting sentiments or inappropriate content.

They cannot go against the PH. I guess they have it in the contract plus they risk antagonising them. It is a huge risk. The TV industry is interconnected.

I guess it's part of their contract to parrot these lines about "Women empowerment , social msgs " etc etc , just the way it must be to say how "RS is the greatest visionary and storyteller " 😆

Jokes aside , it cannot be denied that Anupamaa has given these 2 unprecedented popularity , something probobaly they didnt coming into the show . RG , despite working in SVS , had to resort to catfights with Rakhi Sawant in BB2 to keep herself relevant and GK , though talented , wasn't heading anywhere in his career (by his own admission)...

I saw this on TW today , RG at opening of some jew showroom . We might laugh,troll , get pissed but fact remains Anupamaa as a ch and RG as an actor are insanely popular These 2 are probobaly no less than certain movie stars as crowdpullers , esp in smaller cities .

RG must be charging a hefty amount for these endorsements /events. Come Navratri and festive season , n both (actually most of the cast of the show ) will be pocketing good money for stage appearances , ad deals etc . N they are sensible enogh to know that there is a high chance they remain relevant as long as the show runs .

You have to be really principled to give all of it up in return for parroting 2-3 standard lines in an IV I guess😃

This reminds me of actors from balika vadhu . As the show was humongously popular , the actors especially child actors who played jagya anandi were invited to events and did many endorsements. Such was their popularity that they were discussed in news channels and praised by Bollywood actors. Soon the time changed and now they are less discussed.

The same can be said about Darsheel Safari who did the movie TZP .
