Because that's her delusional. That's something that makes her sleep better, she constantly says this so that she can justify what she did was right but she knows she did wrong. AbhiM might be a bad husband but he is a great father and if she accepts this then she has to accept that her choosing someone random as a father and be in a marriage of convenience for so long was wrong.

Now that Nav is no more so anyway this point is null and void. Coz Nav jaisa bhi father ho responsible nahi tha, he won't be able to afford Abhir's future studies if he was alive and he died coz he is irresponsible drinker so what's the point let her Gaslight others and herself like always 😆
