Yeah it seems that dj and neil used to be friends in childhood, but after all the mess happened with vidur and exposing to Mahajan's reality, both start drifting apart. Neil also don't like what dj has turned into as dj may be a innocent child with passion for music, but as he grown up he become this arrogant, snob, and status conscious person.

When kartik said "jab jab Yuvika pe ya is ghar pe koi pareshani ayegi sabse aage Kartik khada hoga" the way he look at entire mahajan house while saying Ghar, aisa laga iski Nazar mahajan property pe hai.

Instead of sounding brave, he sounded terribly cringe. Like dekh toh le kisse baat kar raha hai but nope he had to convey those common words said by typical ITV men🤣.

The most irking thing was that DB seemed impressed

If it would've been Neel, he would've said something like "jab jab Yuvika pe ya iss Ghar pe koi pareshani ayegi toh sabse pehle main Yuvika ka haath thamkar bhaag jaunga"😆
