Finally I'm bit over the emotional slump & for me Abhinav actually got a good closure... Much much better than I'd expected knowing this gen's track record of handling deaths.
Anisha was chalo brought in for creating drama in life of leads, but Neil was a major ckt since the start of the show.. and the way his death was handled wasn't good enuf. It just became about the infamous WD and seemed as a catalyst for leap nothing more.
Unlike that, Abhinav's death was more focused on him & the emotions of people he loved and who loved him back.
I personally was relieved that Abhimanyu is removed from the scene bcos really didn't have the heart to see a repeat of Sirat-Ranveer track or Dr. Birla's ddp!
Ngl am majorly sad that I didn't get any Navir scene, but the way things proceeded it was understandable why Abhir wasn't there. At least Abhinav got few moments of solace with Akshara before the inevitable. I also liked that NM was brought in, a reminiscent of Kasauli days.
The FBs were poignant but well done. They covered Abhinav's journey from the start till end.
This is showbiz & everybody works for money. If the ckt had to go, for whatever reasons, then so be it. No longer concerned with which ever way the story moves from here on, bcos my journey with this show ends here.
But I'm grateful that Abhinav wasn't turned negative or used as a plot point without getting anything in return.
His ckt was all about unconditional love & kindness.
His love getting reciprocated equally by Akshara is something I'd never expected and him getting repeatedly chosen by his family over anything n anyone else was beautiful to watch.
Goodbye to the ckt of Abhinav Sharma.
Gonna miss my Kasauli family & Navir for sure.
