Her character is of a driver's daughter but she is brought up by the wife of that household. It's said in the drama that she buys ayeza's character good clothes and ayeza is studying to be a doctor. So ayeza's character knows how to act and behave in a high society. Her way of talking and the way she carries herself don't make her look like she is from a lower middle class family. Due to that, one of her friend she meets in college assumes she is from a rich household even though ayeza never pretends like one. That friend's brother likes her and when she is invited to the friend's house they get a shock when ayeza says her father is a driver.
Sheheryar's mother shows concern about how ayeza's character don't fit in either of the class. She is too educated and ambitious for people from her class but not rich enough for the high class.
