Actually any leftover food that gets prepared, like tadkafied again, is my comfort. Atmaa tript ho jaati hai

It’s also called chakkara pongali in Telugu

Chakkara pongali / sweet rice Pongal / made with rice, jaggery, lentils, milk etc..in Andhra style.
