I'm half Konkani, half Gujju. Dad's side is Konkani, so I grew up immersed in Konkani culture.

I hated dalitoy. I am very much still a varan kadhi person. I also prefer dal fry to dalitoy. Koddel is ok. I am a fan of channa gassi, channa ussal, channa saaru, and kadgi chakko.

Channa gassi is nice. Also love tendle talasani. Dalitoi and tendle is one of my top comfort foods.

All time faves:

Curd rice with fried chilli and omlette❤️

Dal rice with pickle and lemon

Dosa (I can eat it 4 times a day)😆

Winter faves:

Parle G with chai or milk😆

Piping hot toast with butter (Oooh, the smell. Yum.)

Soupy noodles/Spicy Ramen

When in a bad mood and sick of everything/everyone around:

Mutton biryani with raita

Nasi Goreng (with prawns and chicken). I love that it comes with chicken skewers and a fried egg.

Whole day I don't feel hungry at all but I get hungry at this hour🤔

Maggi (obviously), Dosa, Frankie, Porridge, rasgulla
